Mizmor 007, Verse 013

אִם־לֹ֣א יָ֭שׁוּב חַרְבּ֣וֹ יִלְט֑וֹשׁ קַשְׁתּ֥וֹ דָ֝רַ֗ךְ וַֽיְכוֹנְנֶֽהָ

ʾim–loʾ yoshuv charbo yiltosh kashto dorach vaychoneneho

If one does not turn back, but whets his sword, bends his bow and aims it,

RASHI

If he does not repent, He will whet His sword;
IF the wicked does not repent of his wickedness,
The Holy One, blessed be He, will whet His sword for him.
ילטוש means to polish, furbish.

RADAK

1.
He has bent his bow and made it ready
to shoot at me; as though to say, I am near death every day, as one who stands in front of the bent bow.

ʾim–loʾ yoshuv
The subject of the thought expressed here is he to whom God makes His indignation felt each day. “If that man will still not return, but instead shall whet his sword,” etc.
