Mizmor 002, Verse 003

נְֽ֭נַתְּקָה אֶת־מֽוֹסְרוֹתֵ֑ימוֹ וְנַשְׁלִ֖יכָה מִמֶּ֣נּוּ עֲבֹתֵֽימוֹ׃

nenatteko ʾes–moseroseymo venashliycho mimmennu ʿavoseymo

"Let us break the cords of their yoke, shake off their ropes from us!"

MIDRASH TEHILLIM

1.....(2.5)
Let us break the cords ...
...break the seven laws for children of Noach

RADAK

1.
...shake off their ropes from us
the "bands" and "cords" denote the strongest ropes, and are a figure for counsel and firm agreement.

Rabbi HIRSCH

1.
nenatteko (break apart)...
NATHAQ - "forcible separation"
2.
moseroseymo (cords)...
MOSER - a band, bond
Derived from - (יָסַר) YASAR
A "limiting bond", which inhibits a willful expressions of strength, thus YASAR - "to discipline"
3
avoseymo (ropes)
is a rope by means of which the forces of a performance are harnessed; thus also “carriage cords" with which draught animals are harnessed to a cart or plow.
The moral law taught by King David (the Anointed) imposes limitations and duties, and both of these are repugnant to those nations. They find that such limitations are detrimental to their interest, therefore they need to tear it apart.
