O LORD, our Master, How glorious is Your name throughout the earth; You who constantly proclaims Your being and Your might upon the Heavens!

Adam answered it is fitting that you be called LORD, since You are LORD of all.
Therefore it is said: "I am the Lord, that is My Name;" (Yeshayahu - Isaiah 42:8), by which God meant, That is My name by which Adam called me.

Equivalent to How Excellent are You! For His Name is He, and He is His Name. Name (here) is the Tetragrammaton, and is not a common noun; and it is Excellent.

You who constantly proclaims Your being and Your might upon the Heavens!
[תְּנָ֥ה] (tə·nāh) is the infinitive with the letter [ה] substituted for [תת], just as we have [רדה] (Gen. 46:3) instead of [רדת]
[הוד] (hō·wḏ) is the fullness of existence and of power, the personal greatness that inspires respect and reverence
[תנה הוד] used in the infinitive mood is that constant, uninterrupted giving, the revelation of greatness.
